Bat Walk

Venue: FoPB Beach Hut opposite Milos Restaurant
Time: 20:00 - 22:00 hrs

Friends of Par Beach are holding another of our very popular Evening Bat Walks with Carol Williams, a leading bat expert. Come and see the different species of bats that feed around the Beach and Local Nature Reserve area and find out more about these often misunderstood little creatures.

The event will start with an introduction to the bats that can be found around Cornwall and Carol will be able to answer any questions you may have.

Bat detectors will be available but if you have access to one please bring it along with you.

This is a family event, under 16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult; well behaved dogs on leads welcome.

This is a wheelchair friendly event

Meet: Meet by our Beach Hut opposite Milos at 20:00hrs (8pm). For those who will be using Sat Navs the postcode is PL24 2AS.

Cost: Free to FoPB Members (Please bring your membership card). £2 for non-members (children under 12 free)*..

Wear: Sensible footwear and clothing

* If not a member of FoPB, You can join at the event, it is inexpensive and could be cheaper than paying for the event on the night if joining as a family. Full details on our membership page where you are now able to join online.
